We present a comprehensive study of B^{0}→ωω decays using 772×10^{6} BB[over ¯] pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB e^{+}e^{-} collider. This process is a suppressed charmless decay into two vector mesons and can exhibit interesting polarization and CP violation. The decay is observed for the first time with a significance of 7.

The LHCb collaboration has recently reported the largest CP violation effect from a single amplitude, as well as other giant CP asymmetries in several B-meson decays into three charmless light mesons. It is also claimed that this is predominantly due to ππ→KK[over ¯] rescattering in the final state, particularly in the 1 to 1.5 GeV region.

The time-integrated untagged Dalitz plot of the three-body hadronic charmless decay B[over ¯]^{0}→K_{S}^{0}π^{+}π^{-} is studied using a pp collision data sample recorded with the LHCb detector, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3.0 fb^{-1}. The decay amplitude is described with an isobar model.

Decays of the Ξ_{b}^{-} and Ω_{b}^{-} baryons to the charmless final states ph^{-}h^{'-}, where h^{(')} denotes a kaon or pion, are searched for with the LHCb detector. The analysis is based on a sample of proton-proton collision data collected at center-of-mass energies sqrt[s]=7 and 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fb^{-1}. The decay Ξ_{b}^{-}→pK^{-}K^{-} is observed with a significance of 8.

We use currently available data of nonleptonic charmless 2-body [Formula: see text] decays ([Formula: see text]) that are mediated by [Formula: see text] QCD- and QED-penguin operators to study weak annihilation and new-physics effects in the framework of QCD factorization. In particular we introduce one weak-annihilation parameter for decays related by [Formula: see text] quark interchange and test this universality assumption. Within the standard model, the data supports this assumption with the only exceptions in the [Formula: see text] system, which exhibits the well-known "[Formula: see text] puzzle", and some tensions in [Formula: see text].
