Statement Of Problem: Early childhood caries is one the world's most common problems in infants and treatment of posterior teeth with esthetic crowns in a low rate of wear on opposite dentition is a challenge for pediatric dentists.
Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the wear behavior of the tooth colored crown materials and the opposing teeth in using different esthetic crown materials in the mixed dentition period.
Material And Methods: The following tooth type and crown materials were considered in the experiment.

Background: Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is a frequent and severe complication among newborns in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs). It is associated with elevated morbidity and mortality rates, more extended hospital stays and increased health care costs. Implementing preventive care bundles and structured sets of evidence-based practices reduces VAP incidence.

Background: Nasoenteral tube (NET) use is common in critically ill patients but is associated with significant complications, including accidental dislodgement, malpositioning in the bronchial tree or mechanical failures, which can impede nutritional therapy. These complications often lead to adverse events that increase hospital stay, costs, and patient morbidity.
Objective: This study aimed to reduce complications related to the placement and maintenance of NETs in critically ill patients using multifaceted strategies.

Objectives: The Ti6Al4V ELI alloy produced via laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) has attracted interest for use in dental applications. However, surface finishing is an important property that can be managed by various methods. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of electropolishing (EP) on the surface roughness and corrosion resistance of L-PBF Ti6Al4V ELI alloy.

Background: Timely and accurate outcome prediction is essential for clinical decision-making for ischemic stroke patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). However, the interpretation and translation of predictive models into clinical applications are equally crucial. This study aims to develop an interpretable machine learning (IML) model that effectively predicts in-hospital mortality for ischemic stroke patients.
