The health of complex systems continues to decline as they operate over long periods of time, so it is important to assess the health state of complex systems. Belief rule base (BRB) is widely used in the field of health state assessment of complex systems as a semi-quantitative method that can address uncertainty effectively and with interpretability. In practical engineering, BRB still has problems: the incompleteness of expert knowledge and the inconsistency of the cognitive abilities of each expert have an effect on the construction of the model and interpretability.

Background: Cardiac hypertrophy is a prevalent early pathological manifestation in various cardiovascular diseases, lacking effective interventions to impede its progression. Although oxymatrine (OMT) has shown potential benefits for cardiac function, its therapeutic efficacy and mechanism in cardiac hypertrophy remain incompletely understood. Notably, mitochondrial damage and dysregulated autophagy are pivotal pathogenic mechanisms in cardiac hypertrophy.

Multimodal sentiment analysis (MSA) aims to use a variety of sensors to obtain and process information to predict the intensity and polarity of human emotions. The main challenges faced by current multi-modal sentiment analysis include: how the model extracts emotional information in a single modality and realizes the complementary transmission of multimodal information; how to output relatively stable predictions even when the sentiment embodied in a single modality is inconsistent with the multi-modal label; how can the model ensure high accuracy when a single modal information is incomplete or the feature extraction performance not good. Traditional methods do not take into account the interaction of unimodal contextual information and multi-modal information.

Photoacoustic imaging (PAI) is an emerging hybrid imaging technology that combines the advantages of optical and ultrasound imaging. Despite its excellent imaging capabilities, PAI still faces numerous challenges in clinical applications, particularly sparse spatial sampling and limited view detection. These limitations often result in severe streak artifacts and blurring when using standard methods to reconstruct images from incomplete data.
