Introduction: Rapid response teams (RRTs) are prevalent in healthcare institutions worldwide. Repeated activations are associated with increased morbidity and higher resource utilisation, and represent a heterogeneous population that may benefit from early identification. To date, there are no published data on repeat RRT activations in Singapore.

Introduction: Lactic acid bacteria are prized for their probiotic benefits and gut health improvements. This study assessed five LAB isolates from Neera, with RAMULAB51 (, GenBank ON171686.1) standing out for its high hydrophobicity, auto-aggregation, antimicrobial activity, and enzyme inhibition.

Accurate and reliable depiction of individualized functional connectivity patterns during infancy is crucial for advancing our understanding of individual uniqueness and variability of the intrinsic functional architecture during dynamic early brain development, as well as its role in neurodevelopmental disorders. However, the highly dynamic and rapidly developing nature of the infant brain presents significant challenges in capturing robust and stable functional fingerprint, resulting in low accuracy in individual identification over ages during infancy using functional connectivity.

Unlabelled: Increasing planting density is one of the most important strategies for generating higher maize yields. Moderate leaf rolling decreases mutual shading of leaves and increases the photosynthesis of the population and hence increases the tolerance for high-density planting. Few genes that control leaf rolling in maize have been identified, however, and their applicability for breeding programs remains unclear.

Introduction: Due to the recent advent of gene-targeted retinal therapies, the clinical value of high-yield genetic testing for inherited retinal dystrophies (IRDs) has increased considerably. However, diagnostic yield is limited by the reported patient populations in allele frequency databases. This study aimed to determine the effect of race and ethnicity on diagnostic yield in IRDs.
