Results of artificial insemination (AI) are affected by changes in sperm quality and the function throughout collection and preservation procedures. Proteome and metabolome alterations of sperm treated with the different procedures in goat, however, aren't fully understood. To this end, we sought to investigate the impacts of rectal probe electrostimulation (EE) and artificial vagina (AV) semen collection methods on the quality and the cryotolerance of goat sperm, with additional focus on proteomic and metabolomic analyses.

Insight into patient and clinician perspectives are needed to inform future models aimed at improving equity in PC access and outcomes.
Objectives: To explore qualitative barriers and facilitators to early PC access in an urban setting with Black and Latina women with ABC.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Ashwagandha-Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, well known for its multipotent therapeutic properties has been used in Ayurveda for 3000 years. The plant with more than 50 active phytoconstituents is recognised for its anti-cancerous, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and neurotherapeutic properties demonstrated in in vitro studies and chemically induced rodent models.
