We construct a large family of Euclidean supersymmetric wormhole solutions of type IIB supergravity which are asymptotically AdS_{5}×S^{5}. The solutions are constructed using consistent truncation to maximally gauged supergravity in five dimensions which is further truncated to a four scalar model. Within this model we perform a full analytic classification of supersymmetric domain wall solutions with flat Euclidean domain wall slices.

In this paper, we explore the quantum system of non-relativistic particles in a unique scenario: a circularly symmetric and static three-dimensional wormhole space-time accompanied by cosmic strings. We focus on a specific case where the redshift function [Formula: see text] to be zero and defining the shape function as [Formula: see text]. After establishing this background space-time, we investigate the behavior of a harmonic oscillator within the same wormhole context.

We continue our overview of mathematical cosmology with a survey of the third and fourth periods of the development of the subject. The first Part includes the first two periods and is published separately. The third period (1980-2000) continues here with brief descriptions of the main ideas of inflation, the multiverse, quantum, Kaluza-Klein, and string cosmologies, wormholes and baby universes, cosmological stability and modified gravity.

An elementary survey of mathematical cosmology is presented. We cover certain key ideas and developments in a qualitative way, from the time of the Einstein static universe in 1917 until today. We divide our presentation into four main periods, the first one containing important cosmologies discovered until 1960.

We show that the recently proposed bulk dual of an entangled pair of a quark and an antiquark corresponds to the Lorentzian continuation of the tunneling instanton describing Schwinger pair creation in the dual field theory. This observation supports and further explains the claim by Jensen and Karch that the bulk dual of an Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen pair is a string with a wormhole on its world sheet. We suggest that this constitutes a holographically dual realization of the creation of a Wheeler wormhole.
