With the wide application of phosphor conversion light-emitting diode (pc-LED) in nondestructive testing, spectral illumination, near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, agricultural medical care, and other fields, the ultrabroadband visible-NIR tunable emission phosphor is considered as the most promising fluorescent material. In this paper, Ce/Cr single-doped and codoped CaYMgGeO phosphors were successfully prepared by using the high-temperature solid-state method. Ce and Cr codoped phosphors show ultrabroadband visible-NIR emission from 480 to 900 nm with two emission peaks at visible 556 nm and infrared 758 nm.

Background: The Sensory Organization Test condition 5 (SOT5) assesses an astronaut's vestibular function pre-/post-spaceflight but has a ceiling effect and mainly evaluates standing balance, neglecting the challenges of walking during space missions. A Locomotor Sensory Organization Test (LSOT) has been developed, mirroring the SOT concept but tailored to assess vestibular function during walking. Myoepithelial carcinoma of bone is uncommon. We presented the imaging features of myoepithelial carcinoma of the left femur in a 61-year-old man on 18F-FDG PET/CT. Lytic bone destruction and the formation of a slightly low-density soft tissue mass extending to adjacent muscles with intense and circular FDG uptake were found on 18F-FDG PET/CT.

A novel series of sugar-containing pyrimidine derivatives have been synthesized an effective and convenient two-step tandem synthesis in continuous-flow microreactors with excellent regioselectivity. Background: Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a prevalent and serious condition within the digestive system, with approximately 20 % to 30 % of cases advancing to severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). During the initial phases of SAP, macrophages are activated in response to the substantial amounts of acinar cell contents and damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) resulting from acinar cell destruction. We report a case of a 39-year-old woman with persistent vegetative state (PVS) following cardiac arrest and a right lower extremity fracture. Despite comprehensive rehabilitation for over 4 months, there was no improvement.
