Background: Hepatic leukemia factor (HLF) is associated with cancer onset, growth, and progression; however, little is known regarding its biological role in pan-cancer. Rationale: Pleomorphic liposarcoma (PLS), is a rare subtype of liposarcoma, and is considered to be of the highest malignancy grade.
