Our patient was admitted with complaints of paroxysmal cough and recurrent lower respiratory tract infections. Computed tomography of the chest showed tubular densities in the bilateral lower lobes and a 15-mm soft-tissue mass in the right lower lobe without any enlargement in the mediastinal lymph nodes.
