Pulsed-field ablation (PFA) offers notable advantages in atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation by selectively targeting cardiomyocytes via an irreversible electroporation mechanism, thereby minimizing damage to surrounding tissues. Although clinical studies demonstrate that PFA is both safe and effective, PFA-mediated hemolysis and potential acute kidney injury (AKI) development have been recently reported. Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of right ventriculography-guided implantation of Micra™ leadless pacemaker (Micra™, Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN, USA) in the RV mid-septum.
Methods: One hundred eight consecutive patients who underwent Micra™ implantation intended in the mid-septum were enrolled and randomized (3:1) into the radiography group (n = 81) with assistance of right ventriculography to illustrate the RV septum and the non-radiography group (n = 27).
Congenital long QT syndrome is a type of inherited cardiovascular disorder characterized by prolonged QT interval. Patient often suffer from syncopal episodes, electrocardiographic abnormalities and life-threatening arrhythmia. This study was aimed at observing and evaluating the safety and feasibility of extracting an infected pacemaker device followed by the implantation of a leadless pacemaker in the same location for patients without systemic infection.
Methods: Between December 2019 and September 2020, following a well-planned re-implantation strategy, pacemaker electrodes were removed from patients with device infection and leadless pacemakers were immediately implanted at our center.

Objective: This study aims to explore the effects of renal sympathetic denervation (RSD) on atrial fibrillation (AF) inducibility and sympathetic activity induced by acute atrial ischemia/infarction.
Methods: Acute ischemia/infarction was induced in 12 beagle dogs by ligating coronary arteries that supply the atria. Six dogs in the sham-RSD group did not undergo RSD, and six dogs without coronary artery ligation served as controls.
