There are several existing project datasets, which involve separate data sources for simulated and real projects, individual and multiprojects, and single- and multimodal attributes. In addition, their file structures are heterogeneous; therefore, scholars can usually use only one dataset to test a proposed scheduling or resource allocation algorithm. Since the internal structures of these projects are also very different, it is difficult to ensure that an algorithm optimized for a given type of project will also perform well on projects with other structures.

The Promethee-GAIA method is a multicriteria decision support technique that defines the aggregated ranks of multiple criteria and visualizes them based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). In the case of numerous criteria, the PCA biplot-based visualization do not perceive how a criterion influences the decision problem. The central question is how the Promethee-GAIA-based decision-making process can be improved to gain more interpretable results that reveal more characteristic inner relationships between the criteria.

This paper investigates the role of socioeconomic considerations in the formation of official COVID-19 reports. To this end, we employ a dataset that contains 1159 pre-processed indicators from the World Bank Group and platforms and an additional 8 COVID-19 variables generated based on reports from 138 countries. During the analysis, a rank-correlation-based complex method is used to identify the time- and space-varying relations between pandemic variables and the main topics of World Bank Group platforms.

For colorimetric imaging the tristimulus technique is still the best practical method to keep the measurement time within reasonable limits. However, the achievable color measurement uncertainties for special sources can be large. It is described how the systematic errors can be significantly reduced by using matrix-based color corrections and how the matrix elements can be optimized to obtain the smallest spectral mismatch errors for different light-source distributions.
