[Differential diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of Q-fever in a male prisoner. Case report].

The authors describe the case of a 46-year-old man, who developed atypical pneumonia caused by Coxiella burnetii. Chest X-ray revealed interstitial pneumonia. Western blot and ELISA test were positive for Coxiella burnetii antibody.
