The clinical experience implies poor prognosis in women with myocardial infarction (MI). We performed a retrospective cohort study of 1395 patients - 987 (70,75%) men and 408 (29,25%) women) aged of 64,63±11,43 years with myocardial infarction and comorbidity hospitalized between 2010-2016. This study shows an increase of mortality in women with myocardial infarction during the last 4 years from 23,1% to 34,2%.

Mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of microwave resonance therapy (MRT) was studied in 114 patients with primary osteoarthrosis. It was found that clinical benefit of MRT in primary osteoarthrosis is due to combined positive effect on nonspecific immune reactivity, endogenic intoxication, lipid peroxidation, activity of antioxidant defense system, local immune reactions.

It has been found that seduxen at a dose of 5-10 mg/kg/day administered in different ways to hypokinetic animals does not prevent hypoxic developments in the myocardium and the femoral muscle or does not normalize hypokinesia-induced biochemical changes in the liver. These findings make the advisability of seduxen application during hypokinesia doubtful.
