Methods: Patients with de novo mNPC received platinum-based chemotherapy for a minimum of four cycles with or without definitive LRRT via intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) were all candidates for this study.
Results: A total of 168 patients were included for this analysis.
Background: Neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) gene fusions are oncogenic drivers in various tumor types. While NTRK gene fusions are predictive of benefit from tropomyosin receptor kinase inhibitors regardless of tumor type, the prognostic significance of NTRK gene fusions in a pan-tumor setting remains unclear.
Objective: This study evaluated the characteristics and prognosis of tropomyosin receptor kinase fusion cancer in the real-world setting.
Background: Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) has a high recurrence rate and is likely refractory to systemic chemotherapy. The long-term outcomes and responses to immunotherapy and retreatment regimen after tumor recurrence for such cases had not yet been well-documented.
Case Presentation: Here we report a unique case of long-term follow-up with a 67-year-old woman, who was diagnosed with advanced UTUC, received radical nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff, and was refractory to chemotherapy with cisplatin and gemcitabine.

Methods And Analysis: This research project will follow the following four steps: (1) a broad systematic literature review of DPFs for all stages of PCa, covering evidence from 2014 onwards; (2) discussion of systematic review findings by a multidisciplinary expert panel; (3) risk of bias assessment and applicability with Prediction model Risk Of Bias Assessment Tool criteria, Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies (QUADAS-2) and the Quality In Prognosis Studies tool (QUIPS) and (4) additional quantitative assessments if required.
Ethics And Dissemination: We aim to develop an online tool to present the DPFs identified in this research and make them available across all stakeholders.
Background And Purpose: Although the efficacy of "reduced-volume intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT)" in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) has been confirmed, two issues regarding the necessity of clinical target volume 1(CTV1) delineation and the optimal margin of CTV2 remained undetermined. The current series, utilized de-intensification technique that omitted the contouring of CTV1 and narrowed the margin of CTV2 from 10 mm to 8 mm, namely "modified reduced-volume IMRT" was initiated to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of this renew technique in a prospective series.
Patients And Materials: Dosimetric analysis was performed in 40 non-metastatic NPC cases to evaluate whether our modification is feasible.
The WSe monolayer in 1T' phase is reported to be a large-gap quantum spin Hall insulator, but is thermodynamically metastable and so far the fabricated samples have always been in the mixed phase of 1T' and 2H, which has become a bottleneck for further exploration and potential applications of the nontrivial topological properties. Based on first-principle calculations in this work, it is found that the 1T' phase could be more stable than 2H phase with enhanced interface interactions. Inspired by this discovery, SrTiO (100) is chosen as substrate and WSe monolayer is successfully grown in a 100% single 1T' phase using the molecular beam epitaxial method.

We explored the underlying pathogenesis of psoriasis and the treatment mechanism of the conventional drugs from the metabolic perspective of the psoriasis mouse model.
Methods: Male BALB/c mice were smeared IMQ for 7 days to induce treatment-resistant psoriasis and intragastrically administered 1 mg/kg MTX.
The backfill material for the underground pipe wall of Yellow River embankment was developed to avoid the high settlement and environmental damage caused by high filling and excavation. The interrelation between microstructure and compressive strength of the self-compacting foam backfill material with different water-binder ratios and density grades was investigated. The results indicated that the average pores size of the foam backfill material increased with increasing the water-binder ratio.

For this purpose, left anterior descending (LAD) ligation was operated on mice to induce myocardial infarction (MI) with sham control group as contrast and adeno-associated virus (AAV9) system was used to deliver ZBTB20 to mouse heart by myocardial injection with vehicle-injected control group as contrast two weeks before MI surgery. Then four weeks after MI, vehicle-treated mice with left ventricular (LV) remodelling underwent deterioration of cardiac function, with symptoms of hypertrophy, interstitial fibrosis, inflammation and apoptosis.
