Background: To determine the anatomical basis of supramalleolar flap; retrograde versus antegrade and its clinical outcome based on the vascular pattern.
Methods: This analytic cross-sectional study was conducted at a tertiary care hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. Patients who underwent coverage of soft tissue defects around the foot and ankle with supramalleolar flaps were included.
Objective: To clinically assess the efficacy of Platelet rich Plasma (PRP) in improving the functional movement in knee osteoarthritis.
Methods: This prospective case series, on 89 patients, was studied in Sindh Rangers Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan from 1st October 2018 to 31st March 2019. The analysis involved all patients aged 30-65 years diagnosed with grade 1, 2 and 3 arthritis.

Trauma registries guide policymakers and health care providers in decision making in terms of resource allocation as well as enhancing trauma care outcomes. Furthermore data from these registries inform policy makers to decrease the rate of death and disability occurring as a result of injuries.
