[Patients experiencing burnout : medico-social needs and resources].

There is a gap between the current service offer and the needs of people suffering from burnout. Actors in the field, from employers to prescribers, have a role to play in addressing the health needs of the target population, promoting existing services and facilitating their integrative collaboration. This is what a study evaluating the adequacy between the health needs of people experiencing burnout and the services offered to these patients from the point of view of key informants in the canton of Vaud has shown.
