Objective: To determine the predictive factors for severity in prostaglandin-associated periorbitopathy (PAP) using an objective grading system.
Methods: The study included patients diagnosed with glaucoma or ocular hypertension who had used a topical prostaglandin analog (PGA) unilaterally for at least three months. Clinical characteristics and PAP signs were compared based on the types of PGAs used.
A 78-year-old man with a history of lung cancer, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and coronavirus disease 2019 infection experienced visual deterioration of two-weeks’ duration in his right eye. There was multifocal, yellowish-white retinitis foci, vascular engorgement, and scattered intraretinal hemorrhages extending from posterior pole to retinal periphery in the right eye, whereas the left eye was normal. Patients And Methods: Intraretinal aneurysms larger than 150 μm in diameter on fluorescein angiography were termed as intraretinal macroaneurysm and grouped as primary and secondary according to the absence or presence of any coexisting posterior segment diseases.
Results: A total of 20 intraretinal macroaneurysms were observed in 18 eyes of 18 patients.

Objective: To investigate the comparison of choroidal vascularity index (CVI) between patients with systemic sclerosis and healthy individuals.
Methods: This study was designed prospective non-randomized cross-sectional study. Eighty-six eyes (43 patients) with limited cutaneous systemic sclerosis (lcSSc), 60 eyes (30 patients) with diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis (dcSSc) and 60 eyes (30 subjects) of age-and sex-matched healthy individuals were recruited.

A woman with Bietti’s crystalline dystrophy (BCD) was first examined when she was 27 years of age and has been followed for 10 more years. The disease course was monitored initially with spectral domain-optical coherence tomography and then with swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA). OCTA analysis showed that choroidal vessels could be visualized at the outer retinal layer segmentation due to retinal pigment epithelial atrophy and blood flow was reduced at the level of choroidal segmentation.
