Porous lead iodide (PbI) film is crucial for the complete reaction between PbI and ammonium salts in sequential-deposition technology so as to achieve high crystallinity perovskite film. Herein, it is found that the tensile stress in tin (IV) oxide (SnO) electron transport layer (ETL) is a key factor influencing the morphology and crystallization of PbI films. Focusing on this, lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate (LiOTf) is used as an interfacial modifier in the SnO/PbI interface to decrease the tensile stress to reduce the necessary critical Gibbs free energy for PbI nuclei formation.

In this Letter, we present a novel, to the best of our knowledge, approach for recovering objects directly from the Fraunhofer diffraction integral, where the diffraction field of an object is approximated by the Fourier transform of this object augmented by an additional phase factor. This phase factor at the observation plane is universal for the diffraction fields generated by objects located at the same plane and illuminated by the same monochromatic plane wave. It can be first extracted from dividing the Fraunhofer diffraction field by the Fourier transform of an object reference.

Article Synopsis
  • Blade-coating techniques for perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are appealing due to their efficiency in precursor use and ease of application, but they struggle with lower power conversion efficiency (PCE) compared to spin-coated cells because of issues in controlling film formation.
  • A new three-step strategy using glycine amide hydrochloride has been developed to improve perovskite film quality by managing pre-nucleation and crystallization processes, resulting in better crystal formation and reduced defects.
  • The enhanced blade-coated PSCs achieved a maximum PCE of 19.97%, and two-terminal tandem cells using this method reached a stabilized PCE of 26.87%, demonstrating potential for high-performance solar energy devices.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) variant levels in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cancer cells disseminating through blood.

Methods: Serum AFP variant levels were measured by crossed immunoaffino-electrophoresis in the presence of lectin before initial surgical treatment in HCC patients. Circulating tumor cells were simultaneously detected in pre-operative blood samples using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for AFP mRNA.
