Solid-state NMR spectroscopy (SSNMR) is a powerful technique to probe structural and dynamic properties of biomolecules at an atomic level. Modern SSNMR methods employ multidimensional pulse sequences requiring data collection over a period of days to weeks. Variations in signal intensity or frequency due to environmental fluctuation introduce artifacts into the spectra.

Increasing evidences pointed retinal pigment epithelia (RPE) cells as the decisive cell involved in the progress of AMD, and the function of anti-oxidant capacity of PRE plays a fundamental physiological role. Nuclear factor erythroid 2 related factor 2 (Nrf2) is a significant transcription factor in the cellular anti-oxidant system as it regulates the expression of multiple anti-oxidative genes.

The current study aims to investigate the relationship between the anti-rheumatoid effect of DAP and the inhibition of both the PI3K/AKT/mTOR and autophagy signaling pathways. DAP inhibited the proliferation of CIA-FLS in a dose-dependent manner and induce apoptosis, accelerated the G1/G0 phase and inhibited the S phase.

Efficient dissipation of this energy is essential to prevent photodamage. In this study, we determined the fluorescence transients, absorption spectra, chlorophyll contents, chlorophyll a/b ratios, and relative membrane permeabilities of needle leaves of Pinus koraiensis, Pinus tabulaeformis, and Pinus armandi in both cold winter and summer.

However, the molecular mechanism and the effect of daphnetin on demethylating proapoptotic genes in the synovial cells remains further clarified. This study may provide a deeper insight into the medicinal application of daphnetin as a treatment for RA.
