Backgrounds: Recent studies have found Several lncRNAs were proved differential expression in diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) patients, however, the mechanism of DOR caused by lncRNAs is still largely unclear.
Methods: High throughput sequencing was performed in ovarian GCs extracted from women with normal ovarian function and women with DOR. Bioinformation analysis was used to analyze the sequencing data and identify the differential expression of lncRNAs.
Objective: To investigate the effects of in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) on the clinical outcomes of non-male factor patients aged >35 with three or fewer oocytes retrieved.
Design: Retrospective cohort study.
Setting: Reproductive centre of a university-affiliated hospital in China.
The production conditions of exopolysaccharide (EPS) from Leuconostoc mesenteroides XR1 were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). Maximum EPS yield was 56.59 ± 0.

Methods: Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups: group I, normal diet and normal saline gavage; group II, normal diet and TAU gavage; group III, HFD and normal saline gavage; group IV, HFD and TAU gavage (from the 1st week); group V, HFD and TAU gavage (from the 10th week). At the end of the 16th week, all the animals were sacrificed.
Yoghurt fermented by Leuconostoc mesenteroides XR1 from Kefir grains was found to produce a unique silk drawing phenomenon. This property was found to be associated with the exopolysaccharides (EPS), X-EPS, produced by strain XR1. In order to better understand the mechanism that produced this phenomenon, the X-EPS was extracted, purified and characterized.

Granulosa cells, the main somatic cells comprising ovarian follicles, are one of the main targets of Cd in the ovaries. However, the mechanism by which Cd induces cytotoxicity in granulosa cells has not been fully elucidated.

This article reports a case of graft versus host disease after liver transplantation following targeted therapy and radiotherapy for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. The patient developed a symptomatic skin rash and pancytopenia 13 days after surgery, which was confirmed as graft versus host disease after liver transplantation by histopathology and fluorescence in situ hybridization.

Diagnosis is challenging because of the non-specific clinical presentation, cerebrospinal fluid analysis, and radiological features. There is no effective treatment for GAE to date.

Defects in certain subunits or accessory subunits of the V-ATPase can lead to congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDG). CDG is a group of metabolic disorders in which defective protein and lipid glycosylation processes affect multiple tissues and organs.

Twenty HCC patients who were preoperatively planned to undergo RH were enrolled. Intraoperative ICG-R15 of left hemiliver was measured after the right Glissonean pedicle was completely blocked.

Bovine lactoferrin peptide has been shown to be a broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide. Based on the relationship between the structure and function of antimicrobial peptides, the antimicrobial peptide databases and protein analysis software were used to optimize the design of bovine lactoferricin peptide (LfcinB). The designed bovine lactoferricin-derived peptide (LfcinBD) gene fragment was inserted into a pPIC9K-His plasmid to construct a recombinant expression vector.

In this study, we aimed to grope for clinical significance and biological function of TRPS1 in GC. TRPS1 expression in GC and its relationship with clinicopathological features were analyzed based on public databases, and verified by immunohistochemistry and RT-qPCR.

Moreover, it is hard to diagnose before completing a pathological examination, for HF has almost no features of clinical or imaging manifestations. Here we report a case of HF in a 42-year-old male who complained of pain in the right upper abdomen.

Here we describe a case of PTBL in a 15-year-old boy, who developed a rapidly enlarging neck mass that showed signs of compression. The color Doppler ultrasound revealed diffuse swelling of the thyroid gland, with a solid and irregular mass from the left to the isthmus, which was about 8 × 7 × 5 cm in size.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between Zinc-fingers and homeoboxes 2 (ZHX2) promoter methylation and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) gene expression, and analyze the mechanism of AFP gene expression.
Methods: HepG2 cell line was cultured with 0.5, 1.
YKL-40 is a growth factor for connective tissue cells and a migration factor for endothelial cells. Elevated serum level of YKL-40 has been associated with poor prognosis in many cancers. However, the status of YKL-40 expression and its clinical/prognostic significance in gastric cancer are unclear.

A 199-base-pair sequence methylated in HCC tumor tissue was isolated and showed high homology to the 5' CpG island of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes protein 2 (ZHX2) gene. By using bisulfite sequencing, we confirmed that hypermethylation of the 5' CpG island of ZHX2 occurred in some HCC and HepG2 cell lines but not in 6 normal liver tissue samples.
