Leveraging transcriptomic data sourced from an NPC cohort at Fujian Cancer Hospital, alongside datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus cohort and a single-cell RNA sequencing dataset, this investigation explored the role of SPP1 in tumor progression and the tumor microenvironment of NPC. Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) is a neuropeptide involved in tumor growth and immune modulating functions. A thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the evolutionary pattern in the thermal-hydraulic-mechanical-chemical (THMC) behavior of cement-stabilized clay is essential for a more reasonable design of improved clay in practical engineering. Sensitive marine clays with low strength, reinforced by various cement contents (0%, 6%, and 12%), were produced as samples to study the evolutionary pattern of the THMC behavior of reinforced clays. Samples with designed curing times (1, 3, 7, 28, and 90 days) will be trimmed to the appropriate size and utilized in a series of mechanical tests.

Anti-Stokes luminescence (ASL) based on lanthanide nanocrystals holds immense promise for in vivo optical imaging and bio-detection, which benefits from filtered autofluorescence. However, the current longest emission and excitation wavelengths of lanthanide ASL system were shorter than 1200 nm and 1532 nm, respectively, which limited tissue penetration depth and caused low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of in vivo imaging due to tissue scattering and water absorption. In this work, we extended the excitation wavelength to 1710 nm with the second near-infrared (NIR-II, 1000-1700 nm) emission up to 1650 nm through a novel ASL nanocrystal LiYF : 10 %Tm@LiYF : 70 %Er@LiYF.
