To address problems in the integrated navigation error law of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), this paper proposes a method for measuring the error rule in visual inertial odometry based on scene matching corrections. The method involves several steps to build the solution. Firstly, separate models were constructed for the visual navigation model, the Micro-Electromechanical System (MEMS) navigation model, and the scene matching correction model.

Studying the mechanisms behind the decline of Microcystis blooms can aid in mitigating their harmful effects. However, there is currently a dearth of research in this area.

Methods: This study proposed an experimental method to quantify fatigue in climbing operations.
To address the issue of detecting complex-shaped cracks that rely on manual, which may result in high costs and low efficiency, this paper proposed a lightweight ground crack rapid detection method based on semantic enhancement. Firstly, the introduction of the Context Guided Block module enhanced the YOLOv8 backbone network, improving its feature extraction capability. Next, the incorporation of GSConv and VoV-GSCSP was introduced to construct a lightweight yet efficient neck network, facilitating the effective fusion of information from multiple feature maps.

Previously, we used methanol as a fixative to prepare feeder cells for the cultivation of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), and this method could maintain the self-renewal and pluripotency of PSCs. However, methanol is toxic, and so here we examined whether ethanol could be used to prepare feeder cells as a fixative for hPSC culturing.
