A general one-step lateral flow immunochromatographic assay (LFIA) for the quantitative detection of triadimefon (TDF) and triadimenol (TDN) in fruit and vegetable samples was developed using time-resolved fluorescence microspheres (TRFM) as labels. A specific anti-triadimefon monoclonal antibody (mAb) was conjugated with TRFM to fabricate LFIA test strips. A time-resolved fluorometer as an LFIA reader was applied to obtain quantitative results and assess risk ranges for the LFIA test strips.

Previous studies have demonstrated that a non-invasive light-flickering regime and auditory tone stimulation could affect Aβ and tau metabolism in the brain. As a non-invasive technique, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has been applied for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders. This study explored the effects of rTMS on Aβ and tau levels in rhesus monkey cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).

Objective: To investigate the effect of trunk control training on trunk function, balance, mobility and functional independence in hemiplegia patients after acute stroke, and to compare the therapeutic effects with conventional stroke rehabilitation.

Methods: The study was designed as a randomized controlled trial. The subjects and evaluators were blinded and the therapist was unblinded.

An indirect competitive fluorescence immunoassay using a DNA/dye conjugate as antibody multiple labels was developed on 96-well plates for the identification and quantification of 2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) in aqueous samples. A hapten, 2,4,2'-tribromodiphenyl ether-4'-aldehyde, was synthesized, and was conjugated to bovine serum albumin to form a coating antigen. Specific recognition of the antigen by anti-PBDE antiserum was confirmed by a surface plasmon resonance measurement.
