Article Synopsis
  • Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) are recognized for their therapeutic potential, particularly through their secreted factors and exosomes, which can influence cellular communication and regeneration.
  • This study focused on the effects of exosomes derived from adipose-derived MSC (adMSC-Exos) on collagen metabolism in fibroblasts from women with stress urinary incontinence (SUI).
  • Findings revealed that adMSC-Exos increased collagen expression in vaginal fibroblasts associated with SUI, indicating their potential role in improving tissue health and regenerative processes.
