The load sharing performance of encased differential planetary system has a great impact on the operating performance and service life of the transmission system of the coaxial high speed helicopter. In order to improve the load-sharing performance of the gear pair, the influence of different floating spline structural parameters on the load sharing characteristics of the system was studied. Considering the manufacturing error, installation error, time varying meshing stiffness and other factors, the Lagrange equation is used to construct the dynamic model of encased differential planetary gear train with floating spline structure.

In this paper, a main gearbox using an encased differential gear train to achieve coaxial contra-rotating is considered, and a dynamic modeling method of the rotor-stator coupling system of the gearbox based on box model updating is introduced. The transverse torsional dynamic model of the gear transmission subsystem is established based on the lumped parameter method. The finite element model of the box is updated according to the modal test data, and the reduced dynamic parameters of the box are obtained.

To determine the optimal design parameters of spur gear under a specific condition, based on the basic theories of gear dynamics theory, gear meshing principle, tooth contact analysis and load tooth contact analysis, a six-degree-of-freedom vibration analysis model of spur gear pair is established, and a gravitational search-simulated annealing hybrid algorithm (GSA-SA) is used to optimize the gear addendum modification coefficient and profile modification parameters. The vibration response of the spur gear pair is evaluated through the optimization objective function established by the combination of the G1 method and variation coefficient method. The study shows that the optimized design parameters effectively reduce the level of the vibration, which proves the effectiveness of the optimization method, and the simultaneous optimization of the addendum modification coefficient and profile modification parameters of the gear has a better result than only optimizing the addendum modification coefficient or profile modification parameters.

This study presents a novel method for designing and preparing a visible light-infrared-compatible camouflage sample based on the shape, size of the visible band's color unit and the infrared band's material coatings. The coatings were prepared by using the cold spray method on 1 m × 1 m aluminum substrates with a color unit of the regular hexagonal sample (M1) and regular quadrilateral sample (M2). Then the color difference, the temperature difference and image salience value methods were used to analyze the effectiveness of camouflage samples through the real-scene tests.
