The mechanical flexibility and high conductivity of hydrogel electrolytes are crucial for their application in supercapacitors. In this study, we developed hydrogel electrolyte based on lignocellulose nanofibers (LCNFs) through nanofibrillation and self-catalytic gelation in a glycerinum/choline chloride/aluminum chloride hexahydrate (Gly/ChCl/AlCl·6HO) metal-based neutral deep eutectic solvent (DES) system. The lignin-Al self-catalytic mechanism offered an eco-friendly and sustainable method for synthesizing hydrogel electrolytes, while enhancing their ionic conductivity.

Background: The conventional treatment for locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) is surgery; however, the efficacy of definitive chemoradiotherapy (CRT) remains controversial.

In order to construct a clinical classification prediction model for hydrocephalus after intercerebral haemorrhage(ICH) to guide clinical treatment decisions, this paper retrospectively analyses the clinical data of 844 cases of ICH and hydrocephalus inpatients admitted to Yueyang People's Hospital from May 2019 to October 2022, of which 95 cases of hydrocephalus occurred after ICH and no hydrocephalus in 749 cases. The following indicators were compared between the two groups of patients: gender, age, Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score, whether the amount of bleeding was greater than 30 ml, whether it broke into the ventricle or not, modified Graeb score(MGS), modified Rankin Scale (MRS) score, whether surgery was performed or not, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. After variable screening, the following six variables were selected: GCS score, MGS, MRS score, whether the bleeding volume was greater than 30 ml, whether it broke into the ventricle or not, and whether surgery was performed or not were modelled and analysed using logistic regression model and support vector machine model in machine learning.

Approximately 22 % of human colorectal cancers (CRC) are characterized by IGF2 overexpression, and the tumor-promoting role of IGF2 has been widely reported. Despite promising preclinical results, IGF2 signaling inhibition therapy has exhibited limited efficacy in treating unselected patients with CRC. Plant developmental biology necessitates precise three-dimensional (3D) tracking of dynamic processes in live plants, and the 3D imaging technique in developmental bioimaging requires suitable fluorophores to achieve single-cell resolution imaging. Herein, we have designed a series of plasma membrane fluorescent dyes with a number of excellent properties and established a single-cell resolution imaging tool based on these dyes for three-dimensional imaging of various tissues and organs in living plants. The designed plasma membrane fluorescent dyes not only have the advantages of rapid wash-free staining, highly specific targeting, high brightness and high contrast imaging, ultralong imaging time and low biotoxicity, but also effectively avoid the autofluorescence interference of chlorophyll in cells, allowing for the development of a three-dimensional imaging approach of living plant organs with single-cell resolution.
