Comparison between effects of mini-implant anchorage and face-bow anchorage in orthodontics for children.

To study the values of mini-implant anchorage in orthodontics for children in the mixed dentition stage, 78 children in the mixed dentition stage who had accepted orthodontic treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled into this study. All children were treated with straight-wire appliance. According to their anchorages, children were divided into observation group and control group based on the random number table.

RN181 regulates the biological behaviors of oral squamous cell carcinoma cells via mediating ERK/MAPK signaling pathway.

Objective: To explore the role of RN181 in the pathogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells via mediating ERK/MAPK signaling.

Methods: The expression of RN181 was detected in OSCC tissues and cells. CAL27 and SCC-15 cells were divided into Control, Empty, RN181, si-RN181, U0126 (an inhibitor of ERK/MAPK pathway) and si-RN181 + U0126 groups.
