Immune checkpoint inhibitors combined with chemotherapy have shown promising efficacy in treating gastric or gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ) adenocarcinoma in the neoadjuvant setting. This phase II trial (NCT05715632) aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of perioperative camrelizumab plus XELOX in patients with locally advanced G/GEJ adenocarcinoma. Treatment-naive patients with cT3-4aN1-3 M0 resectable locally advanced G/GEJ adenocarcinoma were recruited to receive camrelizumab (200 mg, intravenously) on Day 1 combined with XELOX (oxaliplatin at 130 mg/m on Day 1 and capecitabine at 1000 mg/m on Days 1-14) every 3 weeks for four cycles, followed by surgery and adjuvant camrelizumab combined with XELOX every 3 weeks for four cycles.

Immobilizing molecular catalysts on electro-conductive supports (for example, multi-walled carbon nanotubes, CNTs) represent a promising way to well-defined catalyst/support interfaces, which has shown appreciable performance for catalytic transformation. However, their full potential is far from achieved due to insufficient utilization of the intrinsic activity for each immobilized molecular catalyst, especially at loadings that should allow decent current densities. We explored the linkages between socioeconomic and demographic factors, relocation preference, and settlement associated with China's Poverty Alleviation Relocation Program. Using multivariate ordinal logistic regression, panel data modeling, and multilevel methods, we found that outdated infrastructure at places of origin, such as long distances to paved roads or elementary schools, increased the probability of relocation, and the presence of left-behind household members at the origin compromised re-settlement. This study sheds light on the community- and household-level factors that influence relocation preference and settlement, offering valuable insights for future research and informing the design and implementation of relocation projects.
