Diabetic osteoporosis (DOP) is attributed to the aberrant physiological function of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) under high glucose (HG) environment. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in the pathological processes of DOP. We aimed to explore the underlying mechanism of miRNA in DOP.
