Jujube witches' broom disease (JWB), caused by , is the most destructive phytoplasma disease threatening the jujube industry. Tetracycline derivatives treatments have been validated to be capable of recovering jujube trees from phytoplasma infection. In this study, we reported that oxytetracycline hydrochloride (OTC-HCl) trunk injection treatment could recover more than 86% of mild JWB-diseased trees.
