Objectives: To observe the effect of acupuncture on the oxeiptosis Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (KEAP1)/phosphoglycerate mutase 5 (PGAM5)/mitochondrial apoptosis-inducing factor 1 (AIFM1) signaling pathway in rats with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), so as to explore the possible mechanisms by which acupuncture improves ovarian reserve function in DOR rats.
Methods: Female SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, model group, and acupuncture group, with 6 rats in each group. The DOR model was established by one-time intraperitoneal injection of 75 mg/kg cyclophosphamide.
Background: Job burnout is a prevalent and emerging challenge in the primary medical system, causing mass turnover, especially of primary medical staff. Little attention has been paid to the different dimensions of job burnout (emotional exhaustion, personality disintegration, and reduced sense of achievement), which may hinder efforts to tackle high turnover intention among primary medical staff. From the perspective of conservation of resources theory, social support and psychological capital are basic resources with potential to diminish job burnout and thus lower turnover intention.

Methods: A CNP rat was established by surgical castration combined with 17-β estradiol injection in male Sprague-Dawley rats for thirty consecutive days. The CNP rats received EA treatment once a day for eight days.
Background: No reports exist regarding the prevalence of different Na levels and their relationship with 90-day prognosis in hospitalized patients with acute-on-chronic liver disease (AoCLD) in China. Therefore, the benefit of hyponatremia correction in AoCLD patients remains unclear.
Methods: We prospectively collected the data of 3970 patients with AoCLD from the CATCH-LIFE cohort in China.
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of " acupuncture" and oral estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets (femoston) on premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency.
Methods: A total of 50 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 25 cases in each one.In the observation group, " acupuncture" was applied at Baihui (GV 20), Zhongwan (CV 12), Guanyuan (CV 4), Qihai (CV 6), Zhongji (CV 3), Yaoyangguan (GV 3), Yaoshu (GV 2), Mingmen (GV 4), etc.
Objective: To compare the effects on anesthesia recovery between assisted-electroacupuncture fast tracking anesthesia and simple fast tracking anesthesia in patients with minim ally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPCNL).
Methods: Eighty cases of mPCNL were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. Fentanyl (1-2 microg/kg), sevoflurane (8%) and rocuronium (0.

Three-dimensional (3D) topographic structures of acupuncture points were investigated by using synchrotron radiation in-line X-ray phase contrast computerized tomography. Two acupuncture points, named Zhongji (RN3) and Zusanli (ST36), were studied. We found an accumulation of microvessels at each acupuncture point region.

Methods: Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a medication group, 33 cases in each group. The acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture at Zhongji (CV 3), Shuidao (ST 28), Tainshu (ST 25), Qugu (CV 2), Zigong (EX-CA 1) as main; the medication group were treated with oral administration of Danazol.
