Introduction: Although intratumoral chemoablation can obtain an impressive therapeutic effect, there is still incomplete ablation and tumor recurrence in some patients. This could be due to the short retention time of the drug in the tumor, the limited distribution of intratumoral drugs, and, beyond that, the immunotolerance caused by the tumor microenvironment (TME). There is still an urgent need to find an optimal drug sustained-release carrier and figure out the impact of regional injection to TME.

Objective: The study aims to conduct lung cancer screening by low-dose CT to identify the nature of the pulmonary nodule. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of preoperative medical EC glue localization of pulmonary nodules of uncertain nature by minimally invasive surgical resection.

Methods: From December 2017 to December 2019, 18 patients (12 women, 6 men; median age: 54 years)with pulmonary nodules were located using medical EC glue under the guidance of preoperative CT and then resected under video thoracoscopy at Air Force Medical Center of PLA.

Alloying and structural modification are two effective ways to enhance the hydrogen storage kinetics and decrease the thermal stability of Mg and Mg-based alloys. In order to enhance the characteristics of MgNi-type alloys, Cu and La were added to an MgNi-type alloy, and the sample alloys (MgNiCu) La ( = 0, 5, 10, 15, 20) were prepared by melt spinning. The influences of La content and spinning rate on the gaseous and electrochemical hydrogen storage properties of the sample alloys were explored in detail.
