Background: Home-based exercise (HBE) represents an alternative to increase the accessibility of rehabilitation programs and relieve the burden on the health care system for people with knee osteoarthritis.
Objectives: To summarize for the first time the effectiveness of HBE as compared to center-based exercise (CBE), both with and without HBE, on patient-reported and performance-based outcomes in people with KOA.
Methods: Searches were conducted on PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, Web of Science, and Scopus until March 10, 2023, without date or language restrictions.
To investigate the effectiveness of exercise-based rehabilitation programs compared with nonexercise intervention or no intervention for people with hand osteoarthritis (OA). Intervention systematic review with meta-analysis. We searched 5 databases on July 23, 2023.

Design: Reliability and agreement study and cross-sectional study.
Setting: Medical center.
Objectives: This systematic literature review and meta-analysis aimed to determine the effect of body position on the measurement of pelvic floor muscle (PFM) contractility and to analyze the influential factors.
Data Sources: Five databases (PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, Cochrane Library and Scopus) were searched for relevant studies published up to 12nd October 2023.
Study Selection Or Eligibility Criteria: Included cross-sectional studies had to involve the assessment of pelvic floor muscle function in at least two positions.
The function of natural killer (NK) cells has previously been implicated in hematopoietic-related diseases. Killer immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR) play an important role in NK cells after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. To explore the immunogenetic predisposition of hematological-related diseases, herein, a multi-center retrospective study in China was conducted, analyzing and comparing 2519 patients with hematopathy (mainly, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, aplastic anemia, and myelodysplastic syndrome) to 18,108 individuals without known pathology.

Methods: A literature review was performed using PubMed, Embase, Scopus, JAMA Network, Cochrane Library and PsycINFO databases from January 1st, 2010, to August 1st, 2022. Two authors independently screened the literature following the same criteria, evaluated the study quality, and collected data from the articles.

The early-spring and autumn-winter tomato in greenhouse is the main planting patterns of protected vegetable in North China. Taking the customary fertilization amount of farmers under this planting pattern as control (CK, 100% chemical fertilizer), six organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer treatments were set, namely, 15% (T), 30% (T), 45% (T), 60% (T), 75% (T), 100% organic fertilizer (T), to examine the replacing effects on soil environment and tomato yield. The results showed that soil bacteria increased with increasing organic fertilizer amount, the actinomycetes wers up to 12.

To investigate the effects of purified humic acid (PHA) on the growth and nitrogen metabolism of cucumber under different levels of nitrogen stress and to explore the mechanism of PHA's alleviation on abiotic stress, we examined the effects of PHA on 'Xintaimici' cucumber growth and nitrogen metabolism under low nitrogen (1.0 mmol·L NO) stress and high nitrogen (101 mmol·L NO) stress in hydroponics compared with normal level (11 mmol·L NO). The results showed that the growth of cucumber seedlings was inhibited under nitrogen stress treatments.

This study was conducted to explore the clinical efficacy of using two non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) along with an opioid in treating metastatic bone cancer pain.
Material And Method: A total of 342 patients with a pain score of 7-10 on the visual analog scale (VAS) were recruited for 4 weeks of treatment and randomly assigned to three different groups-one group received two NSAIDs (diclofenac and celecoxib), one group received diclofenac, and one group received celecoxib.
YinHuang drop pill (YHDP) is a new preparation, derived from the traditional YinHuang (YH) decoction. Since drop pills are one of the newly developed forms of Chinese patent drugs, not much research has been done regarding the quality and efficacy. This study aims to establish a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the chemical profile of YHDP.

In China, some studies have reported that traditional Chinese medicinal herbs (TCMHs) may increase efficacy and reduce toxicity when combined with EGFR-TKI, but outside of China few studies of this kind have been attempted.
Objective: This study is intended to systematically review the existing clinical evidence on TCMHs combined with EGFR-TKI for treatment of advanced NSCLC.
Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) formation is important for invasion and metastasis of tumor cells in gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC). The present study aimed to investigate the association between signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 (STAT3), phosphor-STAT3 (p-STAT3), hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and VM formation in GAC, and discuss their clinical significance and correlation with the prognosis of patients with GAC. The expression levels of STAT3, p-STAT3, HIF-1α and VM were assessed in 60 cases of patients with GAC and 20 cases of patients with gastritis on tissue microarrays by immunohistochemical methods.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene and uncompensated cirrhosis of liver with hepatorenal syndrome (HRS).
Methods: ACE I/D polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction amplification of DNA fragment in 56 patients of uncompensated liver cirrhosis with HRS, and 60 healthy individuals served as the controls. At the same time, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate transaminase, serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) etc.
Objective: The strong relation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity with acanthosis nigricans is widely concerned. This study investigated the pancreatic beta-cell function in obese children with acanthosis nigricans, so as to find out the role of insulin secretion and insulin resistance in obese children with acanthosis nigricans.
Methods: Thirty-five obese children with acanthosis nigricans (19 males and 16 females with mean age 12.
