Flexible temperature sensors have diverse applications and a great potential in the field of temperature monitoring, including healthcare, smart homes and the automotive industry. However, the current flexible temperature sensor preparation generally suffers from process complexity, which limits its development and application. In this paper, a nickel oxide (NiO) flexible temperature sensor based on a low-temperature sintering technology is introduced.

Background: The precise mechanism by which severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) impacts the central nervous system remains unclear, with manifestations spanning from mild symptoms ( olfactory and gustatory deficits, hallucinations, and headache) to severe complications ( stroke, seizures, encephalitis, and neurally demyelinating lesions). The occurrence of single-pass subdural effusion, as described below, is extremely rare.
Case Summary: A 56-year-old male patient presented with left-sided limb weakness and slurred speech as predominant clinical symptoms.
In the present study, we investigated the role of lipid composition of camptothecin (CPT)-loaded liposomes (CPT-Lips) to adjust their residence time, drug distribution, and therefore the toxicities and antitumor activity. The CPT was loaded into liposomes using a click drug loading method, which utilized liposomes preloaded with GSH and then exposed to CPT-maleimide. The method produced CPT-Lips with a high encapsulation efficiency (>95%) and sustained drug release.

Nevertheless, existing CF-based multi-view clustering methods still have the following issues: (1) they directly conduct factorization in the original data space, which means its efficiency is sensitive to the feature dimension; (2) they ignore the high degree of factorization freedom of standard CF, which may lead to non-uniqueness factorization thereby causing reduced effectiveness; (3) traditional robust norms they used are unable to handle complex noises, significantly challenging their robustness. To address these issues, we establish a fast multi-view clustering via correntropy-based orthogonal concept factorization (FMVCCF).

With the development of engineering technology, building information modeling (BIM) has attracted more and more attention and has been studied by many experts on building energy consumption in recent years. It is necessary to analyze and forecast the application trend and prospect of BIM technology in building energy consumption. Based on 377 articles published in the WOS database, this study adopts the technique of combining scientometrics and bibliometrics to obtain relevant research hotspots and quantitative analysis results.

Steep discounting of delayed outcome is related to a variety of maladaptive behaviors and is considered as a transdiagnostic process across psychiatric disorders. Construction of color-tunable luminescent polymeric materials with enhanced emission intensity and room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) performance regulated by a single chromophore component is highly desirable in the scope of photoluminescent materials. Herein, a set of binary copolymers were facilely synthesized using free radical polymerization by selecting different types of polymer matrix and N-substituted naphthalimides (NPA) as chromophores. Surprisingly, the fluorescence emission of copolymers could be remarkably enhanced, because of the intramolecular aggregation of NPA manipulated by a single polymer chain in both solution and solid state.

Integrating metal-organic framework (MOF)-covalent organic framework (COF) allows versatile engineering of hybrid materials with properties superior to pristine components, especially COFs suffered from aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ), unlocking more possibilities to improve the luminescence of COFs. In this work, we prepared various MOF@COF composites with different COF layer thicknesses, in which stable UiO-66-NH served as the inner substrate and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxaldehyde (BT), and 3,3'-dihydroxybenzidine (DH) were used to construct a COF layer. In addition to the conventional preparation method, we increased the ratio of BT and DH to be 1:2.

In vivo and in vitro experiments such as RNAcompete and eCLIP have revealed in vitro binding preferences of RBPs to RNA oligomers and in vivo binding sites in cells. Analysis of these binding data showed that the structure properties of the RNAs in these binding sites are important determinants of the binding events; however, it has been a challenge to incorporate the structure information into an interpretable model.

Herein, we proposed a hierarchical confinement strategy based on MOF-on-MOF to tune luminescence emission ranging from blue to red including white light in a flexible way. The easily available ZIF-8 MOF was used as a host for the confinement of two kinds of size-matching dyes (perylene and rhodamine B) to obtain a layered ZIF-8@dye@ZIF-8@dye encapsulation and seed-mediated synthesis.

This study investigated the effects of HPS on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/D-galactosamine (D-GalN)-induced acute liver injury (ALI) in mice and LPS-induced injury in LO2 cells, as well as the relationship between structural characteristics and hepatoprotective activities. The in vivo results showed that compared with HPS-80, HPS-50 showed stronger hepatoprotection, which improved histopathological changes to normal levels.

A novel photoluminescent Hcy-AuNCs has been developed through one-pot reduction method, to establish a tobramycin sensing by second-order scattering (SOS). Hcy-AuNCs could spontaneously assemble to small-scaled aggregation, resulting in remarkable intensity enhancement of scattered luminescence signals. The luminescence of Hcy-AuNCs could be clearly observed under ultraviolet lamp, when excited at 365 nm, a significant luminescent intensity at 741 nm was monitored in SOS spectra.

Three polysaccharides, namely HPS-80-1, HPS-80-2, and HPS-80-3 were purified by DEAE-52 column chromatography. The thermodynamic characteristics, scanning electron microscopy, and Congo red experimental results of the above polysaccharides were greatly distinctive.

The components of the extract were identified using HPLC and it was found that formononetin accounted for more than 90% of the total contents. We predicted that formononetin in EAR plays a crucial role in green synthesis.

However, its precise mechanism of action remains unclear. Since insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor (IGF1R) signaling and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Akt (PI3K/Akt) signaling have been shown to play a pivotal role in regulating osteogenesis, we hypothesized that the osteogenic activity of calycosin is mediated by these signaling pathways.
