However, the functional role of GGT5 in the development of Alzheimer's disease remains unclear.

Previous studies have indicated that autophagy is involved in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative disease including Alzheimer's disease (AD). Defective autophagy and highly expressed ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 2 C (Ube2c) have been found in AD patients and mouse.

The blood-brain barrier (BBB) pathway is one of the main pathways that mediates the clearance of amyloid-beta (Aβ) in the brain parenchyma. A large number of studies have shown that receptors and ATP-binding cassette transporters expressed on endothelial cells play an important role in Aβ transport across the BBB, but the specific mechanism is not clear.

For relieving the transmission burden, a dynamic event-triggered mechanism is introduced to determine the transmission of the measurement signals via the sensor-to-controller(S/C) channel. In the communication channel, the transmitted signal may suffer from fading in wireless communication networks.

This article is to tackle the event-based state-feedback control problem for interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems subject to the fading channel. For saving communication resources, a dynamic event-triggered (ET) mechanism is utilized to decide the data transmission from sensors to the controller. A time-varying random process is employed to characterize the fading phenomenon in the unpredictable communication network.

This article investigates the sliding-mode control (SMC) problem for a class of T-S fuzzy systems with communication constraints. The weighted try-once-discard (WTOD) protocol is utilized to arrange the transmission order of actuator nodes, under which only one node is permitted to obtain access to the communication network at any time. A key issue is how to integrate the WTOD protocol into the design of the SMC system.

However, a high-performance mitochondria-specific labeling NIR probe with high photostability is still lacking. Herein we reported two NIR-emitting cationic iridium(iii) complexes [Ir(pbq-g)(N^N)]Cl (pbq-g = phenylbenzo[g]-quinoline; N^N = 2-(1-benzyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl) pyridine (Ir1) and 2-(1-(naphthalen-1-ylmethyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl) pyridine (Ir2)).
