The accuracy of the control model is essential for the effectiveness of model-based control methods. However, factors such as model simplification, parameter variations, and environmental noise can introduce inaccuracies in vehicle state descriptions, thereby compromising the precision of path tracking. This study introduces data-driven enhancements for an MPC-based path tracking controller in autonomous vehicles (DD-PTC).

This study aimed to explore the prognostic value of HBcrAg on patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after curative hepatectomy undergoing antiviral therapy (AVT). Data of 949 consecutive patients with HBV-related HCC undergoing curative resection between 2010 and 2013 were reviewed.

Here, we aimed to understand the transcriptional heterogeneity associated with myonuclei, as well as other mononucleated cell types that underly BMD pathogenesis by performing single-nucleus RNA sequencing.
Methods: We profiled single-nucleus transcriptional profiles of skeletal muscle samples from 7 BMD patients and 3 normal controls.
Distributed drive electric vehicles improve steering response and enhance overall vehicle stability by independently controlling each motor. This paper introduces a control framework based on Adaptive Model Predictive Control (AMPC) for coordinating handling stability, consisting of three layers: the dynamic supervision layer, online optimization layer, and low-level control layer. The dynamic supervision layer considers the yaw rate and maneuverability limits when establishing the β-β˙ phase plane stability boundary and designs variable weight factors based on this stability boundary.

In dynamic and ever-changing urban environments, safe and efficient trajectory planning is fundamental to achieving autonomous driving. Nevertheless, the complexity of environments with multiple constraints poses challenges for trajectory planning.

We propose a compact multi-mode optical gyroscope protocol that incorporates two coupled rings and exhibits a fourth-order EP, achieving higher sensitivity compared to gyroscopes based on second-order EPs. We show that the gyroscope sensitivity can be further improved by deviating from the fourth-order EP due to the gain dependence on the cavity intensity.

This study aimed to explore the prognostic value of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in MM and to reveal related immune and chemotherapy resistance mechanisms.
Methods: In this study, lncRNA profiles from the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases were analyzed to identify lncRNAs linked to MM patient survival.
Most pathogenic variants are detectable and interpretable by standard genetic testing for dystrophinopthies. However, approximately 1∼3% of dystrophinopthies patients still do not have a detectable variant after standard genetic testing, most likely due to structural chromosome rearrangements and/or deep intronic pseudoexon-activating variants. Here, we report on a boy with a suspected diagnosis of Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD) who remained without a detectable variant after exonic DNA-based standard genetic testing.

Most DMD missense variants are of uncertain significance and their pathogenicity interpretation remains complicated. We aimed to investigate whether DMD missense variants would cause aberrant splicing and re-interpret their pathogenicity based on mRNA and protein studies.

Methods: This multi-center, dynamic block-randomized, parallel-group superiority clinical trial included 130 patients. The combined treatment group received Zhumian Tang formula granules combined with eszopiclone treatment, and the control group received eszopiclone treatment only.
A connection between diabetes and an increased risk of epilepsy has been suggested by observational studies. Animal studies have also shown that antihyperglycemic drugs can improve seizures. However, it is unclear whether antihyperglycemic drugs have a causal role in epilepsy in humans.

Here, we present a heralded protocol for the parallel creation of quantum entanglement among multiple pairs of QMs placed in spatially separated nodes, where each QM, encoding a stationary qubit, couples to an optical cavity and deterministically interacts with single photons. Our protocol utilizes an entangled photon pair encoded in the high-dimensional time-bin degree of freedom to simultaneously entangle multiple QM pairs, and is efficient in terms of reducing the time consumption and photon loss during transmission.

Hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% Cis for the associations of MMA and vitamin B levels with the risk of all-cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality were calculated using multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression models. Restricted cubic spline analyses were used to examine the non-linear association of MMA levels with all-cause and CVD mortality.

This study aimed to investigate the prognostic differences between HCC patients undergoing liver resection (LR) and liver transplantation (LT) based on predicted MVI risks.
Methods: We analysed 905 patients who underwent LR, including 524 who underwent anatomical resection (AR) and 117 who underwent LT for HCC within the Milan criteria using propensity score matching.
Previous research has suggested a link between gut microbiota and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), but their causal relationship has not been elucidated. Aiming to comprehensively investigate their causal relationship and to identify specific causal microbe taxa for ADHD, we conducted a two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis. Instrumental variables of 211 gut microbiota taxa were obtained from gene wide association study (GWAS), and Mendelian randomization study was carried out to estimate their effects on ADHD risk from PGC GWAS (20,183 ADHD cases and 35,191 controls) and FinnGen GWAS (830 ADHD cases and 215,763 controls).

However, there is limited information available on the genomic profile of lower-grade gliomas (LGGs) related to m7G methylation modification genes' function in tumorigenesis and progression. In this study, we employed bioinformatics methods to characterize m7G modifications in individuals with LGG from The Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas (CGGA) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).
