Objective: To analyze the effects of multiplane reconstruction (MPR) technology with multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the etiological diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction (AIO). Obtaining clear images is of great help in determining the type and etiology of AIO, and doctors can quickly develop treatment plans to improve prognosis and efficacy.

Methods: The clinical data of patients with suspected AIO admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected as the observation objects.

Efficacy and safety of sofosbuvir-containing regimens in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus infection after liver transplantation: a meta-analysis.

Background: This meta-analysis evaluated the efficacy and safety of a sofosbuvir (SOF)-containing regimen in patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection after liver transplantation (LT).

Methods: We performed a systematic search for relevant published data on the PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library databases. Studies that evaluated any regimen in which SOF was used to treat patients with HCV infection after LT and reported the sustained virologic response 12 weeks (SVR12) after therapy were included.
