Background: The liver, as the main target organ for hematogenous metastasis of colorectal cancer, early and accurate prediction of liver metastasis is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Herein, this study aims to investigate the application value of a combined machine learning (ML) based model based on the multiparameter magnetic resonance imaging for prediction of rectal metachronous liver metastasis (MLM).
Aim: To investigate the efficacy of radiomics based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging images of preoperative first diagnosed rectal cancer in predicting MLM from rectal cancer.
Introduction: Oxidative stress is an important cause of acetaminophen (APAP)-induced liver injury (AILI). Sakuranetin (Sak) is an antitoxin from the cherry flavonoid plant with good antioxidant effects. However, whether sakuranetine has a protective effect on APAP-induced liver injury is not clear.

Previous reports have shown that over 10% of patients with PHC experience postoperative pulmonary infections. Thus, it is crucial to prioritize the prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary infections in patients with PHC.

Aim: To develop an ML-aided model for PF risk stratification.
Inhibiting the functioning of PD-1/PD-L1 to activate human immune system and improve the prognosis of pancreatic cancer (PC) would provide a significant boost to handling the disease. One research found the expression level of NSG3 was reduced in pediatric pilocytic astrocytoma, so is PC and we found NSG3 could regulate the expression of PD-L1. So NSG3 could become a new target for enhancing the immune response to PC.

The present study investigated the correlation between the Na(+) micro-current value (MCV) and tissue characteristics (normal, benign or malignant). 346 tissue samples have been detected within 30 min after surgical isolation by Na(+) detector.

Methods: A systematic published work search was conducted to detect randomized controlled trials (RCT) comparing IP and intermittent clamping of the portal triad. A meta-analysis was conducted to estimate postoperative morbidity and mortality, blood loss, transfusion requirement, and liver injury based on the levels of bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT).
Purpose: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) rarely occurs in children and adolescents and has been reported to be highly hepatitis B related more than 10 years ago. However, after global vaccination for hepatitis B virus (HBV), the characteristics and outcome of pediatric HCC remain undefined.
Methods: Patients with HCC admitted from 2004 to 2010 were retrospectively reviewed in a large tertiary hospital.
