Methods: Mouse models of COPD and acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD) were established. Flow cytometry was used to detect natural ILC2 cells (nILC2s) and iILC2s in lung and colon tissues.

The infilling NYs exhibited uniaxially aligned nanofibrous architecture that had a great resemblance to spatially-arranged native nervous tracts, while the outer nanofibrous tubes functioned as an artificial dura matter to provide a stable intraluminal microenvironment. The three-dimensional (3D) NYs were demonstrated to induce alignment, facilitate migration, promote neuronal differentiation, and even phenotypic maturation of seeded neural stem and progenitor cells (NSPCs), while inhibiting gliogenesis.

This study included 40 eyes of 25 pediatric patients (10-19 years) undergoing standard CXL. The support vector machine (SVM) algorithm was applied to transform mass pixels in corneal topography into a three-dimensioned model to calculate the KEV.

Background: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is the leading life-threatening disease in the emergency department (ED), so rapid chest pain triage is important. This study aimed to establish a clinical prediction model for the risk stratification of acute chest pain patients based on the Point-of-care (POC) cardiac troponin (cTn) level and other clinical variables.
Methods: We conducted a analysis of the database from 6,019 consecutive patients (excluding prehospital-diagnosed non-cardiac chest pain patients) attending a local chest pain center (CPC) in China between October 2016 and January 2019.
