During roadway excavation, the presence of roof deterioration zones, such as layered spaces and weak interlayers, significantly affects the stability of the surrounding rock. To achieve timely and effective support for roadways, it is essential to utilize drilling measurement signals obtained during the construction of anchorage holes for the identification and prediction of these deterioration zones. This study systematically investigates the response characteristics of thrust, torque, and Y-direction vibration signals to different combinations of rock layers through theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments, ABAQUS dynamic numerical simulations, and field measurements.

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) of the breast.
Methods: The clinical data of 28 DLBCL patients admitted to Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2013 to January 2023 were retrospectively analysed, including 13 cases of primary breast DLBCL (PB-DLBCL) and 15 cases of secondary breast DLBCL (SB-DLBCL), and the data of their clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, pathological examinations, treatment protocols, and follow-up were statistically analyzed.
Results: There were significant differences in IPI score, LDH level and β- microglobulin between PB-DLBCL and SB-DLBCL patients ( < 0.
Objective: To develop a multi-instance learning (MIL) based artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted diagnosis models by using laryngoscopic images to differentiate benign and malignant vocal fold leukoplakia (VFL).
Methods: The AI system was developed, trained and validated on 5362 images of 551 patients from three hospitals. Automated regions of interest (ROI) segmentation algorithm was utilized to construct image-level features.
The repair of bone tissue damage is a complex process that is well-orchestrated in time and space, a focus and difficulty in orthopedic treatment. In recent years, the success of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)-mediated bone repair in clinical trials of large-area bone defects and bone necrosis has made it a candidate in bone tissue repair engineering and regenerative medicine. MSCs are closely related to macrophages.

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) patients with bone marrow involvement and chromosome abnormalities, and further analyze the correlation between the degree of chromosome abnormality and prognosis.
Methods: The clinical data of 88 patients diagnosed with DLBCL with bone marrow involvement and complete chromosomal findings in Shanxi Province Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The χ test was used to analyze their clinical characteristics, and the Kaplan-Meier method was used in PFS and OS, and log-rank method in comparison.
Physical exercise can reduce the overall risk of cardiovascular disease, prolong lifespan and improve the quality of life, but some studies have shown that there is a certain correlation between vigorous physical exercise and sudden cardiac death. A number of retrospective or prospective studies on sports-related sudden cardiac death (SrSCD) have been conducted at home and abroad. This article reviews the related studies on the definition, epidemiological characteristics, common causes of SrSCD and effects of excercise on cardiovascular function, pre-exercise screening and evaluation of SrSCD, in order to understand the latest research progress on SrSCD and provide clues and references for SrSCD research.

Herein, a photo-enhanced strategy is developed to improve the NRR activity on Cu single atoms catalysts. The atomically dispersed Cu single atoms supported TiO nanosheets (Cu SAs/TiO ) achieve a Faradaic Efficiency (12.

Materials And Methods: The retrospective study enrolled CRC patients who underwent primary surgery from January 2011 to December 2021 in a single teaching hospital. The short-term outcomes were compared between the hypoalbuminemia group and the normal group using propensity score matching (PSM).
Extracellular vesicles secreted by tumor microenvironment (TME) cells are vital players in tumor progression through transferring nucleic acids and proteins. Macrophages are the main immune cells in TME and tumor associated macrophages (TAM) express M2 phenotype, which induce tumor proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion, metastasis and immune elimination, resulting in the subsequent evolution of malignancies. There are a high number of studies confirmed that tumor cells and TAM interact with each other through extracellular vesicles in various cancers, like pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, gastric cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, colon cancer, glioblastoma, hepatocellular cancer, and lung cancer.

Methods: The PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched from inception to 22 February 2022 to find eligible studies. Complications, overall survival (OS), and disease-free survival (DFS) were collected, and this meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5.
Objective: We aimed to evaluate the performance of nanopore amplicon sequencing detection for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in clinical samples.
Method: We carried out a single-center, prospective cohort study in a Wuhan hospital and collected a total of 86 clinical samples, including 54 pharyngeal swabs, 31 sputum samples, and 1 fecal sample, from 86 patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) from Feb 20 to May 15, 2020. We performed parallel detection with nanopore-based genome amplification and sequencing (NAS) on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) minION platform and routine reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR).
Objective: To describe a protocol to assess the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) showing symptoms of phlegm-heat-stasis symptom pattern.
Methods: This is a single-blind randomized controlled trial that will be conducted in the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM and 60 patients with CHD showing phlegm-heat-stasis symptom pattern will be included. Patients will be randomly divided into either a treatment group (Qingre Huatan formulae + Western Medicine) or to a control group (conventional Western Medicine only) for 7-14 d.
The development of multidrug resistance (MDR) is a commonly observed phenomenon in many cancer types. It contributed significantly to the poor outcome of many currently available chemotherapies. Considering autophagy as one of the most important physiological process in cancer progression, we thereby proposed an anti-autophagy siRNA and doxorubicin (Dox) co-delivery system (MC/D-siR) to combat MDR breast cancer using sequential construction.

Material And Methods: We conducted a retrospective study at the Beijing Youan Hospital in China between January 1, 2010 and November 31, 2016. In total, 217 pregnancies were identified and retrospectively studied.
Background: The underlying mechanisms of alcohol use disorder (AUD) are regarded to be strongly associated with genetic factors. Although great efforts have been made to identify the association of rs4680 polymorphism in the catechol-o-methyltransferase gene and risk to AUD, the outcomes were still inconsistent. This study is aimed at exploring the association of rs4680 polymorphism and AUD by using a meta-analysis approach.

Background: Treatments are limited for patients with relapsed/refractory Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and their survival rate is low. Prediction of the recurrence hazard for each patient could provide a reference regarding chemotherapy regimens for clinicians to extend patients' period of long-term remission. As current strategies cannot satisfy such need, we have established predictive models to classify patients with DLBCL with complete remission who had recurrences in 2 years from ones who did not.

Nanostructured Fe₃O₄/C composites are very attractive for high-performance magnetic targeted drug carriers. Herein, Fe₃O₄/C composite nanospheres with good dispersity are prepared by a simple one-step hydrothermal synthesis and subsequent heat treatment in Ar. The composite nanospheres consist of clustered primary nanoparticles, and exhibit a hierarchical architecture with a high specific surface area of 119.
