A palladium-catalyzed [4 + 1] annulation of -arylimidoyl chlorides with β-keto esters has been developed. In the presence of Pd(OAc), PCy, and KPO, a variety of fluoalkyl-containing -arylimidoyl chlorides smoothly underwent the cascade C-H imidoylation/deacylative Heck-type reactions to afford biologically important 2-fluoroalkyl indoles in moderate to good yields.

Methods: We downloaded the expression data of lncRNAs, miRNAs and mRNA from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) as training cohort including 19 healthy control samples and 401 BC samples. The differentially expressed RNAs (DERs) were screened using limma package, and the competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNA) regulatory network was constructed and visualized by the cytoscape.
A palladium-catalyzed cyclization reaction of phenols with trifluoromethyl-containing -bromo-β-chlorostyrenes has been developed. In the presence of palladium(II) acetate, tricyclohexylphosphine, and cesium carbonate, a variety of 6-trifluoromethyldibenzo[,]oxepines were prepared in moderate to good yields through the tandem O-alkenylation of general phenols and subsequent C-H arylation.
