Objective: The aim of this study was to reduce or eliminate the stressors to enhance nursing students' clinical learning experience through implementation of an iterative approach that developed a personalised response to student stress.

Methods: A prospective cohort research design was applied to collect data from a sample of undergraduate nursing students across the four study years. An iterative approach was employed to improve students' learning experience and the Stressors in Nursing Students Scale-Chinese Version (SINS-CN) was used to measure student stress.

Aristolochia and related plants contain nephrotoxins and mutagens in the form of aristolochic acids (AAs). However, there is still lack of a fast and specific method for monitoring AAs in biological samples. Herein, we synthesized a hybrid magnetic mesoporous carbon-molecularly imprinted polymers (MMC@MIPs) as a novel magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) adsorbent for selective recognition of aristolochic acid I and II from rat urine samples.

Article Synopsis
  • Aristolochic acid I is a harmful compound found in many traditional Chinese medicines, particularly from the Aristolochiaceae family.
  • Researchers created chitosan modified carbon microcoils to effectively separate this toxic acid from medicinal herbs, confirming their modifications through various analytical techniques.
  • The modified microcoils showed impressive capability in binding aristolochic acid I and were successfully used in solid phase extraction combined with HPLC, achieving good recovery rates and linear detection for the acid.

Objective: To understand the changes of positive rates of IHA detections of outpatients in schistosomiasis clinic.

Results: The data of IHA detections of outpatients in schistosomiasis clinic in Hubei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention were collected and analyzed statistically from 2005 to 2014.

Results: A total of 7 113 outpatients were detected by IHA test, and 547 of them were positives with a positive rate of 7.

Functionalized magnetic carbonaceous nanomaterials, which are important materials with many practical and research applications in biomedical, pharmaceutical and biological fields, have recently attracted much attention. In this study, a magnetic mesoporous carbon coated with β-cyclodextrin (MMC@β-CD) was synthesized for the first time from natural pericarpium granati (PG). The as-obtained MMC@β-CD has high surface areas (203 m(2)g(-1)), large pore volumes (0.

Nitrogen and sulfur dual-doped Mo2 C nanosheets provide low operating potential (-86 mV for driving 10 mA cm(-2) of current density). Co-doping of N and S heteroatoms can improve the wetting property of the Mo2C electrocatalyst in aqueous solution and induce synergistic effects via σ-donation and π-back donation with hydronium cation.

Objective: To explore the scientific and effective indoor quality control method to ensure the results of Magnetic Particle Antibody Immunoassay (MPAIA) antibody test of Schistosoma japonicum reliable.

Methods: The MPAIA antibody test indoor quality control work was performed with the combination of the crubbs method, Z-scores figure and Westgard multi-rules quality control method.

Results: The crubbs test entered the quality control condition state from the third times, after 20 times, the test switched to Z-scores conventional quality control, and the Westgard multi-rules quality control method could help analyze the type of errors.
