Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of modified holmium laser enucleation of the prostrate (HoLEP) on the function of urine control.
Methods: An analysis was conducted on a cohort of 305 elderly patients in a retrospective study spanning from February 2019 to February 2023. The cohort consisted of 150 patients who underwent modified HoLEP and 155 patients who underwent traditional HoLEP.
