COVID-19 vaccines from multiple manufacturers are needed to cope with the problem of insufficient supply. We did two single-center, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 1 and phase 2 trials to assess the safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of a recombinant COVID-19 vaccine (Sf9 cells) in healthy population aged 18 years or older in China. Eligible participants were enrolled, the ratio of candidate vaccine and placebo within each dose group was 3:1 (phase 1) or 5:1 (phase 2).

A versatile microporous metal-organic framework (MOF), {[Cu(TIA)]·1.5CHOH} (), was successfully obtained via the solvothermal reaction of cuprous(II) salt with the bifunctional ligand 3-(1-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)isophthalic acid. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies indicate that contains an three-dimensional skeleton and two types of one-dimensional channels.

Based on the multifunctional ligand 3-(1-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)isophthalic acid (HTIA), a three-dimensional coordination polymer, namely {[Zn(TIA)]·DMA} (Zn-1) was synthesized solvothermally. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses confirmed that Zn-1 is a 3D framework composed of binuclear Zn paddle wheels with one-dimensional channels long the direction. Further topological analyses revealed that MOF Zn-1 existed as a (3,6)-connected binodal net {4·6}{4·6·8}.
