Defect detection constitutes one of the most crucial processes in industrial production. With a continuous increase in the number of defect categories and samples, the defect detection model underpinned by deep learning finds it challenging to expand to new categories, and the accuracy and real-time performance of product defect detection are also confronted with severe challenges. This paper addresses the problem of insufficient detection accuracy of existing lightweight models on resource-constrained edge devices by presenting a new lightweight YoloV5 model, which integrates four modules, SCDown, GhostConv, RepNCSPELAN4, and ScalSeq.

This condition can change the blood supply of the basilar artery system, and then lead to an abnormal blood supply of the vertebral body. Therefore, this rare condition may be misdiagnosed in the clinic.

Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt for Portal Vein Cavernous Transformation: A Systematic Review and Single-Arm Meta-Analysis.

Background: Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) is technically challenging in the treatment of portal vein cavernous transformation (PVCT), and there is no high-quality evidence regarding whether it is an option for patients with PVCT. We carried out a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the feasibility and safety of TIPS for PVCT.

Methods: Systematic search of PubMed, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, Cochrane Library, Embase, and Wanfang database through December 2021 for appropriate studies reporting efficacy and safety in patients with PVCT undergoing TIPS.

The sensor is flexible, deformable, and can adjust itself to the shape of the uterus.

[An epidemiological survey on intrauterine device downward dislocation in Chinese rural users].

Objective: To understand the situation of downward dislocation of intrauterine device (IUD) and the impact related to the effectiveness of HJD use, in China.

Methods: An epidemiological survey with cross-sectional, retrospective and prospective study designs was conducted to investigate 18,922 IUD users who were selected by a multi-phase stratified cluster sampling method.

Results: IUD's downward dislocation had been an important unsuccessful issue related to the IUD insertion that accounted for 20% of total the cases of failure.

Methods: 3,052 healthy women with regular menstrual cycle who visited the 10 family planning institutes and hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai, Shangdong, Sichuan, Tianjin, Guangdong, and Liaoning for emergency contraception within the period of 120 hours after a single act of unprotected sex were given a single dose of 10 mg or 25 mg mifepristone randomly and double-blindly. They were asked to record the vaginal hemorrhage that would occur and not to have unprotected sex until the next menstrual onset when they were followed up.
