The composite material PLGA compounded with β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) was prepared by melt blending method, and the absorbable interface screw was prepared by injection molding process. Prepare PBS buffer that simulates human body, conduct degradation experiments on interface screws according to relevant national and industry standards, then test and characterize interface screws at different time points for degradation of intrinsic viscosity, average molecular weight distribution, mass loss, mechanical properties and thermal properties. According to the degradation performance-time curve, determine the time node at which the interface screw loses the mechanical properties.

Support vector machine (SVM) is an efficient classification method in machine learning. The traditional classification model of SVMs may pose a great threat to personal privacy, when sensitive information is included in the training datasets. Principal component analysis (PCA) can project instances into a low-dimensional subspace while capturing the variance of the matrix as much as possible.

Support vector machine (SVM) is a robust machine learning method and is widely used in classification. However, the traditional SVM training methods may reveal personal privacy when the training data contains sensitive information. In the training process of SVMs, working set selection is a vital step for the sequential minimal optimization-type decomposition methods.

The market of fishery and aquaculture products is globalized with increasing numbers of mislabeled products. This highlights the need for approaches to indentify the origin of these products. Among the measures used to identify the origin of other agro-products, multi-element and stable isotope analysis are promising approaches to identify the authenticity and traceability of fishery and aquaculture products.
