Objectives: To explore the role of artificial intelligence based augmented reality intraoperative real-time navigation in minimally invasive partial nephrectomy to standardize renal hilum dissection procedures and improve operative efficiency.
Materials And Methods: A three-dimensional (3D) model by intelligent/interactive qualitative and quantitative analysis (IQQA) was created from patient-specific cross-sectional computed tomography (CT) imaging, and the semitransparent picture were holographically projected on the surgeon console in Da Vinci or monitor in laparoscopy. We developed an artificial intelligence auto-matching technique to generate real-time AR images by one or two points indicated by the surgeon.
Melanoma, a highly aggressive skin cancer, continues to challenge current therapeutic modalities due to its resistance and high mortality rates. Recent advancements highlight cuproptosis, a copper-driven form of programmed cell death, as a promising target for melanoma treatment. This study integrated machine learning and large-scale genomic data to identify FDX1 as a pivotal gene in cuproptosis-related pathways for melanoma.

However, few research teams studied the brucellosis disease burden on this elderly population. This study assesses the brucellosis disease burden of elderly patients in Inner Mongolia, to explore its influencing factors, and provide a scientific basis for effectively reducing the disease burden in this demographic.

We examined the effect of this factor on oncologic outcomes in UTUC patients undergoing radical nephroureterectomy utilizing a large contemporary multicenter, multinational cohort.
Methods: Multicenter review of 1,730 patients across 17 institutions.
Background: Skin innervation is very important for normal wound healing, and receptor activity-modifying protein 1 (RAMP1) has been reported to modulate calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor function and thus be a potential treatment target. This study aimed to elucidate the intricate regulatory effect of RAMP1 on skin fibroblast function, thereby addressing the existing knowledge gap in this area.
Methods: Immunohistochemical staining and immunofluorescence (IF) staining were used to measure the dynamic changes in the expression of RAMP1 and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in skin wound tissue in mice.
To investigate the potential association between body mass index (BMI) and the clinicopathological features of patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). We retrospectively analyzed data from 2541 patients who underwent partial or radical nephrectomy for renal masses between 2013 and 2023 in a single institution. Patients were divided into normal-weight, overweight, and obese groups based on the Chinese BMI classification.

However, its role in prostate cancer (PCa) remains inadequately elucidated. This study aims to investigate the prognostic significance of SLC15A2 in PCa.

Objectives: This study investigated the impact of m1A on lipid metabolism and PCa prognosis.
Objective: To analyse surgical, functional, and mid-term oncological outcomes of robot-assisted nephroureterectomy (RANU) in a contemporary large multi-institutional setting.
Patients And Methods: Data were retrieved from the ROBotic surgery for Upper tract Urothelial cancer STtudy (ROBUUST) 2.0 database, an international, multicentre registry encompassing data of patients with upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma undergoing curative surgery between 2015 and 2022.
Background And Objective: The purpose-built SHURUI single-port (SP) robotic platform has recently been introduced for several procedures in urology, general surgery, and gynecology. However, comparative evidence on its performance in relation to earlier models such as the da Vinci SP is lacking. Our aim was to compare the step-by-step techniques and 1-yr outcomes for radical prostatectomy (RP) between the SHURUI SP and da Vinci SP robots.

Methods And Materials: A multicenter, international, retrospective analysis using the ROBotic surgery for Upper tract Urothelial cancer Study (ROBUUST) 2.0 registry identified 1,718 patients undergoing RNU for UTUC between 2015 and 2023 at 17 centers across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Background: The role of kidney-sparing surgery in patients with high-risk upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma is controversial. The present study aimed to assess oncological and functional outcomes of robot-assisted distal ureterectomy in patients with high-risk distal ureteral tumors.
Methods: The ROBUUST 2.
Background: Diagnostic ureteroscopy (URS) with or without biopsy remains a subject of contention in the management of upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC), with varying recommendations across different guidelines. The study aims to analyse the decision-making and prognostic role of diagnostic ureteroscopy (URS) in high-risk UTUC patients undergoing curative surgery.
Materials And Methods: In this retrospective multi-institutional analysis of high-risk UTUC patients from the ROBUUST dataset, a comparison between patients who received or not preoperative URS and biopsy before curative surgery was carried out.
Purpose: Current treatment approaches for Prostate cancer (PCa) often come with debilitating side effects and limited therapeutic outcomes. There is urgent need for an alternative effective and safe treatment for PCa.
Methods: We developed a nanoplatform to target prostate cancer cells based on graphdiyne (GDY) and a copper-based metal-organic framework (GDY-CuMOF), that carries the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin (DOX) for cancer treatment.
Background: Establishment of a reliable prognostic model and identification of novel biomarkers are urgently needed to develop precise therapy strategies for clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Stress response stated T cells (Tstr) are a new T-cell subtype, which are related to poor disease stage and immunotherapy response in various cancers.
Methods: 10 machine-learning algorithms and their combinations were applied in this work.
Background: Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) is a rare disease with a potentially dismal prognosis. We systematically compared international guidelines on UTUC to analyze similitudes and differences among them.
Methods: We conducted a search on MEDLINE/PubMed for guidelines related to UTUC from 2010 to the present.
Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are common chronic wounds and a common complication of diabetes. The foot is the main site of diabetic ulcers, which involve small and medium-sized arteries, peripheral nerves, and microcirculation, among others. DFUs are prone to coinfections and affect many diabetic patients.
