The present study aimed to evaluate the application of DNA ploidy analysis, human papillomavirus (HPV-DNA) test, and thin-prep cytologic test (TCT) for mass screening of cervical cancer (CC). A total of 13,830 patients who underwent both TCT and HPV-DNA tests from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study participants (10,107 patients from Shandong Provincial Hospital, 2447 patients from First People's Hospital of Tancheng County, and 1276 patients from Liaocheng People's Hospital). We also conducted a DNA ploidy analysis and compared the results.

Although quasi-2D Ruddlesden‒Popper (RP) perovskite exhibits advantages in stability, their photovoltaic performance are still inferior to 3D counterparts. Optimizing the buried interface of RP perovskite and suppress energetic losses can be a promising approach for enhancing efficiency and stability of inverted quasi-2D RP perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Among which, constructing polymer hole-transporting materials (HTMs) with defect passivation functions is of great significance for buried-interface engineering of inverted quasi-2D RP PSCs.

The development and progression of tumors in human tissues extensively rely on its surrounding environment, that is, tumor microenvironment which includes a variety of cells, molecules, and blood vessels. These components are modified, organized, and integrated to support and facilitate the growth, invasion, and metabolism of tumor cells, suggesting them as potential therapeutic targets in anticancer treatment. An increasing number of pharmacological agents have been developed and clinically applied to target the oncogenic components in the tumor microenvironment, and in this review, we will summarize these pharmacological agents that directly or indirectly target the cellular or molecular components in the tumor microenvironment.

Background: Heterotopic cervical pregnancy is a rare event of ectopic pregnancy with an incidence rate of < 1%. Herein, we report a rare case of successful treatment of heterotopic pregnancy following an in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer using ultrasound-guided hysteroscopy. In order to choose the best treatment option, we reviewed the clinical treatments and discussion of heterotopic cervical pregnancy over the last 15 years.
