Electrical stimulation (ES) of skin wounds can promote cell proliferation, protein synthesis, inflammatory response, and improve neurological function. In this study, the dynamical cross-linked conductive hydrogels have been developed by integration of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) into porcine acellular dermal matrix (PADM) and oxidized hyaluronic acid (OHA) using dopamine-Fe complex (DA@Fe) as cross-linking agent. The as-obtained conductive composite hydrogels have the characteristics of rapid gelation, excellent deformation ability, high water absorption, and suitable degradation rate.

Exosomes (EXOs) are essential for intercellular communication and pathophysiology of several cardiovascular diseases. Nevertheless, the short half-life and rapid clearance of EXOs leads to a lack of therapeutic doses delivered to the lesioned area.

Nevertheless, low intramyocardial retention of EVs remains a major impediment to their clinical application. In this study, we developed a silk fibroin/hydroxypropyl cellulose (SF/HPC) composite hydrogel combined with AC16 cell-derived EVs targeted modification by folic acid for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction repair.

The objective of this study is to investigate the role of sinomenine (SIN) on sepsis-induced MI and clarify the underlying mechanism based on the techniques of network pharmacology. Cecum ligation and puncture (CLP) was adopted to induce sepsis in male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats.

Nevertheless, the functions of different STATs in pancreatic cancer (PC) and their relationship to the prognosis and immune infiltration as well as drug efficacy in PC patients have not been systematically elucidated.
Methods: Expression, prognosis, genetic alterations and pathway enrichment analyses of the STAT family were investigated via Oncomine, GEPIA, Kaplan Meier-plotter, cBioPortal, Metascape and GSEA.
Objective: This study aimed to find new biomarkers of prognosis and metabolomic therapy for gastric carcinoma (GC) treated with chemotherapy and investigate the metabolic mechanism of the Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng (JPYZXZ) decoction in the treatment of GC.
Methods: First, 36 patients with GC were randomly assigned to the treatment (chemotherapy plus JPYZXZ) and control (chemotherapy alone) groups. The clinical efficacy, side effects, and quality of life of patients in the two groups were evaluated after treatment.
