Background: RNA methylation modifications, such as N1-methyladenosine/N6-methyladenosine /N5-methylcytosine (mA/mA/mC), are the most common RNA modifications and are crucial for a number of biological processes. Nonetheless, the role of RNA methylation modifications of mA/mA/mC in the pathogenesis of renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) remains incompletely understood.
Methods: Firstly, we downloaded 2 expression datasets from the GEO database, namely GSE22459 and GSE76882.
Background: Bladder carcinoma is a common malignancy of the urinary system. The previous study showed that EPDR1 expression was significantly related to the carcinogenesis and progression of bladder carcinoma.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of 621 patients who were newly diagnosed with bladder carcinoma between January 2018 and August 2020 at The Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University.
We assessed the use of common urodynamics (CUD) combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) to investigate the efficacy and durability of sigmoid cystoplasty alone in patients with low bladder compliance associated with vesicoureteric reflux (VUR). In this study, we recruited 25 patients with low bladder compliance and VUR who underwent bladder augmentation without antireflux surgery at our institutions between June 2017 and June 2021. The bladder condition and VUR grade were assessed preoperatively and postoperatively via CUD combined with CEUS.

Methods: We explored the potential oncogenic roles of EPDR1 in BLCA basing on the multiple public datasets.
Purpose: To explore the efficacy of 5-ARIs in PCA (Prostate Cancer).
Methods: Searching through the major medical databases such as PubMed, Science Citation Index, EMBASE, Medline, Web of Science, Cochrane Library for all published studies in English until 2018. The following search terms were used: "Finasteride", "dutasteride", "5α reductase inhibitors", "5-ARIs", "prostate cancer", "prostate neoplasm" and the additional related studies were manually searched.
Supramolecular polymers based on 2-ureido-4[1]-pyrimidone (UPy) units with extremely high dimerization constants and adjustable properties have received significant attention. In this work, we attempt to discuss the relationship between the micro-phase separation and the viscoelastic properties of the supramolecular polymers. For this reason, polymers with different UPy moieties structures and different UPy moieties contents were prepared and studied.

Herein, ureido-pyrimidinone (UPy)-based supramolecular polymers were employed to fabricate the thermo-responsive composite materials with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by planting the MWCNTs onto the supramolecular polymer matrices via a simple surface spraying procedure. The MWCNTs coating on the surface of the supramolecular polymer matrices gave the composite film superhydrophobic and conductive properties, and it had a non-contact healable ability underwater under 808 nm near-infrared light (NIR) irradiation.
